Descriptions should include either an event or series of events that show faith at work in your life. You may make mention of your specific involvement in your community of faith and the community at large; however, your essay should not be a mere listing of these involvements. Indicate below two persons who will supply letters of reference (to be submitted with your application). One should be a religious leader from your own community of faith; the other can be a faculty member or other adult who is not related to you. Mail the completed application (this page, your essay, and the two letters of reference) to: The Rev. Rebecca Brenner St. Paul’s United Church of Christ 927 N. Franklin Street Pottstown, PA 19464 The application deadline this year is April 14, 2010. The $200 award will be presented at the Senior Awards Assembly of your school.
