Dear Ministers,

Attached please find the new schedule which will run March through May, 2010.  You will notice that two Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion are italicized for the 5:00PM and 10:00AM Masses.  At this time we do not have a date when we will go back to receiving the Precious Blood.  In event that we do begin to receiving the Precious Blood soon I wanted to make sure that someone was scheduled to minister. 

Also, those that are scheduled on Palm Sunday to be the Narrator and Voice (as well as normal 1^st & 2^nd readings) if you are unable to serve your scheduled date we ask that you either call myself or Mary Ann Renninger in the Parish Office.  We will find a substitute for you.  This applies to only the Narrator and Voice.  All other ministries please obtain your own substitutes. 

Thank you so much for your commitment to your ministry and your dedication to our parish.  We all appreciate your efforts tremendously. 

If you know someone who is interested in becoming involved with one of our Ministries please ask them to call the Parish Office and we will be more than happy to assist them.
